HyPerComp, a small company located in Westlake Village, California, specializing in the development of user-friendly, high performance computational technologies combining advances in physics-based numerical algorithms and parallel computing hardware is seeking qualified candidates (US citizenship or Green Card required) with MS/Ph.D. in engineering or computer science having background in any of the following areas:

Graphical User Interface and software development using X/MOTIF, Open GL, C, C++, Fortran, under Unix and Windows
Higher order accurate algorithms for unstructured grid-based time-domain solvers
Solution adaptive gridding and multi resolution procedures
Knowledge of MPI and development of parallel processing software
Physics-based modeling of incompressible Navier-Stokes, finite rate chemistry, free surface problems and turbulence modeling with Magneto-Hydro Dynamics effects
Experience in setting up and running of large-scale three dimensional simulations with unstructured (hybrid) grids for solving problems in Computational Fluid Dynamics, Computational Electromagnetics and Magneto-Hydro Dynamics
